Soprano
The soprano Eva Oltivanyi completed her vocal studies with Jane Thorner-Mengedoht at the Musikhochschule Zurich. She won the Migros scholarship several times in a row.
During and after her time in the Opera Studio Biel (Switzerland) she sang her first roles at the Theater Biel such as Olympia, Mrs Gobineau, Lucy (The Telephone) Contessa and Konstanze.
Parts like Giunia (Lucio Silla), Konstanze (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), Woglinde (Die Götterdämmerung) have taken her to theatres such as La Monnaie Brussels, San Carlo Naples, La Fenice Venice, Staatstheater Stuttgart, Lucerne, Copenhagen, and Garsington Festival.
With a variety of programs, among which many contemporary works, Eva Oltivanyi has been invited to festivals such as the Zurich Festival and the Lucern Festival.
Moreover, Eva Oltivanyi has an international concert activity, documented by various radio and CD recordings. Indeed, she has worked together with conductors such as M.Valdés, F. Ventura, R. Weikert, J. Bielohlavek, G. Pacor, H. Rilling, J. Savall, R. Lutz, S. Rouland D. Brossé, H. Griffiths, P. Cao, E. Inbahl and with orchestras such as the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, the Zurich Chamber Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra Asturias, the Radio Orchestra Madrid, the Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra Prague, the Flanders Philharmonic Orchestra and many others.
Among her future engagements 5. Magd in Elektra at the Opera Bastille Paris and at the Teatro Petruzzelli Bari.
