Thanks to his particularly brilliant tone of voice, he attended the Conservatory G. Verdi in Milan, where he obtained his voice diploma. Afterwards, he attended a specialization course at the Academy of La Scala under the baton of Carlo Gaifa and at the Lyric Academy of Rotary International under the guidance of Montanari, he took diction and acting lessons with Enzina Conte and attended opera repertoire masterclasses with Mietta Sighele, Veriano Lucchetti, Janos Acs, Enzo Dara, Renato Bruson and Bruno De Simone. At present he studies with Mirella Freni at Accademia del Belcanto.


In 2006 he won the Special Prize "Pagliacci" and the role of Beppe at the XII international contest "Riccardo Zandonai" in Riva del Garda, as well as the role of Bardolfo in Falstaff at the "Rocca delle Macie" contest. The year after he won the "Primo Palcoscenico 2007" contest, gaining the role of Duca di Mantova in Rigoletto.


During his carrier, he sang among others Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly, Duca di Mantova in Rigoletto, Rodolfo in La Bohème, Nemorino in L'Elisir d'amore, title role in the national prémiere of Arlecchino Finto Morto by Tarabella at Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena, Trin in La Fanciulla del West by Puccini at 51° Festival Puccini in Torre del Lago, Malcom in Macbeth at Teatro Magnani in Fidenza, Maestro di Ballo in Manon Lescaut in Tuscany, Cassio in Otello at Teatro Magnani in Fidenza and Bardolfo in Falstaff by Verdi at Teatro Marruccino in Chieti and Teatro Verdi in Salerno, Ernesto in Don Pasquale with the Orchestra Sinfonica Abruzzese, Glass Maker and Hotel Porter in Death in Venice by Britten at Teatro La Fenice in Venice under the baton of Bruno Bartoletti, Gianni Schicchi at Accademia Chigiana in Siena and Don Curzio in Le Nozze di Figaro at La Scala under the baton of Giovanni Antonini.


He worked with important directors such as Pierluigi Pizzi, Antonello Madau Diaz, Renato Bruson, Renzo Giacchieri, Walter Pagliaro and Nall and conductors such as Bruno Bartoletti, Gianluigi Gelmetti, Miguel Gomez-Martinez, Daniele Callegari, Michele Mariotti, Gustav Khun, Marco Boemi, Elio Boncompagni and Patrick Fourniller.


As to the eighteen-century repertoire, he sang Franchetto in I due Baroni di Roccazzurra by D. Cimarosa, Rinaldo in Il Filosofo di Campagna by B. Galuppi at Wolfsburg Theater and Lessing Theater and at Festival dell'Opera Buffa 2004, Beppe in Rita by G. Donizetti.

 

As a soloist, he sang Petite Messe Solennelle by G. Rossini with pianists Roberto Prosseda and Gabriele Baldocci.

 

As the lieder repertoire is concerned, he sang Dichterliebe op. 48 by Schumann with pianist Bruno Canino, and other famous Lieder by Brahms, Beethoven and Rachmaninoff.
